How are your signs made?
All of my signs are made to order. They are handmade and hand painted on wood by me. No vinyl lettering.

Can I customize an existing sign that I see in your shop?
Yes! You can get details on how to do that here.
I see you accept paypal for payment. Do I need a paypal account to purchase an item?
Not at all! You can pay with your credit card through paypal as a guest, no account required.
How long is your turnaround time if I order a sign today?
My typical turn-around time is 3-5 business days. However, larger orders may take longer. If you plan to order more than 3 items, please contact me so that I can give you a more accurate estimate.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Because each item is made by hand, and depending on my current workload, I may not be able to accomodate a rush order, but please ask and I will let you know!
How are your signs shipped, and do you combine shipping?
For domestic orders, my signs are shipped either USPS priority, or USPS first class. You will receive a tracking number. I do combine shipping! I also refund any shipping overages to your original method of payment.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes! However, if you are outside of the US and thinking of placing an order, please contact me for pricing and more information first.
What is your refund policy?
I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If for some reason you are not, please let me know upon receipt and I will refund you the purchase price, minus shipping. If it arrives damaged, please email me a picture of the damage upon receipt, and I will be happy to replace your item free of charge.
